Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team at Nasire Bags, a leading leather bags brand based in Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects according to deadlines, requirements and budget
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including goals, risks and resource allocation
- Manage project scope, timeline, cost, quality, risk and communication
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for smooth project execution
- Track project progress and make sure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet customer specifications
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Report and escalate project issues to management as needed
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the established deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the fashion industry or related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Proficiency in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Passionate about the fashion industry and leather goods
